Shark Reef Exotic Aquariums Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order or in-store purchase, we offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product of equal or greater value with the difference being covered by you the consumer.

Please note: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.
A valid receipt must be provided.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Livestock – This includes but is not limited to Amphibians, Coral, Fish, Invertebrates, Live Rock, Plants and any other live organism
• New Or Used Fish Tanks
• Custom made or built parts
• Plumbing
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

Down payment deposits:

All down payments made to Shark Reef Exotic Aquariums for goods or services are non refundable. This includes deposit payments for livestock and tanks, tank purchases that are not picked up within 2 months of purchase will be forfeit .

Return Process

To return an item, come in to the shop with your receipt or email us at info@sharkreef.fish with your Order Number and reason for return and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps. If your purchase was made online a refund will be issued back  through the online portal. If for some reason this is not possible the refund will be credited in the form of a gift card for store credit.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policy.
