Eligibility for Returns

We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of our products, some items are final sale and cannot be returned:

All live organisms, including livestock (amphibians, coral, fish, invertebrates, live rock, plants).
Perishable goods (like food or magazines) and hazardous materials.
New or used fish tanks.
Custom-made or custom-built parts and plumbing.
Gift cards and downloadable software.
Down payments for goods or services are non-refundable. Deposits for livestock and tanks, as well as tanks not picked up within 2 months, will be forfeited.

How to Make a Return

For the fastest service, please visit our store in person with your receipt. All returns and exchanges must be completed at our physical location.If you made an online purchase and wish to start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the process. Refunds for online purchases will be processed through the online payment portal if possible. If this isn’t an option, a gift card for store credit will be issued.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange. You can choose to receive a refund as store credit or exchange the product for an item of equal or greater value (with any price difference paid by you).
